Can you add multiple email addresses from excel to outlook distribution list?

I would like to create a distribution list that consists about about 150 people. I have a list of their respective email addresses in an excel file. Is there a way to create a distribution list that has all 150 email addresses by copying and pasting? I would much really do this then manually enter each address. Thanks!

    If all your email addresses are in the same column of the excel sheet than you can import them into Outlook. I don't have Outlook anymore but under address book import function, there is an option to import an excel spreadsheet. You choose the column you want to import and how you want the imported data formatted.
