How to send email to a list without listing each person individually?

I've created three separate work lists and I'd like to send email to each list without having each individual addressee appear in the TO line. I'd like just to see: Group 123, Group 234, and Group 345. All my members have provided their emails to me, I just don't want 50 emails to show up in the TO line. How can I do this?

Add your name to the "TO" field and enter the lists/categories/groups in the BCC field.
With your message window open,click on "TO" to open your address book for emailing. When your address book opens, it will have the little blue "Category" link at the top of it. Click on that to open your category/lists.
Check the BCC boxes next to the titles you wish to send to, go to the top and click on "Insert Checked Contacts."
