How do I add a group of email addresses to a "List" in my Yahoo Email Contacts?

I already have created the list. However, the only way I know to populate the list is to enter the individual email addresses one at a time, which is tedious when you have 40-50 addresses to add. So what I'm looking for is a way to simultaneously insert a large group of email addresses into an existing "List".

Bring up your Contacts, check each address you want on a separate mailing list and then click 'Add to Category' at the top. You will then get the prompt to name your category or mailing list.
