How do I eliminate email folders in yahoo mail that I no longer need?

I created folders for projects but now that projects are done, I'd like to remove those folders so I have fewer folders in the email folder list.

right click on the folder and select "delete"

right click on the folder you want to delete and follow the prompts…or go to your folder options, and there should be something that tells you how to do it.

Right click on the folder you want to delete, then select "DELETE" from the drop down menu.

next to inbox link in the left menu is a folder link with add and edit. click on edit and on the next page click delete just below each folder you don't want anymore. you won't die from reading the help page
