Outlook:: How do you send an email message using a distribution list?

I created it and it is in my contacts in outlook, but I can't figure out how to send a message using that list

    You should be able to click on "To" in the address bar, then in the "Select Names" window, change the selection on the "Show Names from the:" list to "Contacts".

    Then just select the distribution list from those displayed.
