Converting an email full of websites to html format so I can just click on them instead of copying?

A friend used Windows Excel (spreadsheet) to create a list of ALOT of his favorite websites….He sent it to me by email, and none of the websites are links….they're just plain text….can I convert them somehow, or can he send them a different way so I can click?? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!
