Is it rude to email agents my listing?

Posted by admin

Several weeks ago we changed agents and are now using a limited contract agency. All they do is list it on the MLS, so I am responsible for the advertising. Our last agent emailed the listing to his list of agents (like 250). Now I was going to do that again (like 100 agents), not from a personal address, but a business one I created for the listing. Do you think agents will think this is rude and blacklist us because I send them this information? I mean I get things in the mail from agents all the time and when we terminated our previous contract I had 4 calls from agents looking to relist with them. They had no problem calling me. Do you think, they would perceive this as rude if I call them?

The chance of them making money.
The chance of them know early lets them know early lets them have their customers know earlier which increases the chance.
