Is there any way to harvest all email addresses from folder in Outlook Express (i.e. sold customers)?

We have sold more than 1000 customers over the past several months. We weren't prepaired for this surge, so we haven't created a mailing list yet. If we could somehow harvest all email addresses out of our Outlook Express program, this would save us allot of time, vs manually retrieving them. Thanks!

The file and then you can probably do mail merge wizard tell it has been years since used outlook express hope this helps.
